Responsible Gaming —
Safe Gaming at 7c77
7c77 believes entertainment should always be enjoyable. Use our protection tools and support to play and stay well.
Why is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming and betting is a popular form of entertainment. However, it is only enjoyable when kept under control. Following responsible gaming principles on the 7c77 platform is essential for us and for every one of our users.
Responsible gaming means playing within your budget, setting time limits, and treating gaming as a source of fun — not income. We are committed to the protection of every player, and to that end we have put in place a number of effective tools and support measures.
If you feel that your gambling habits are becoming a problem, contact us today. 7c77's 24/7 live chat support team is always ready to provide you with the right assistance.
Our Protection Tools
Deposit Limit Setting
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and there is a 24-hour waiting period before it can be increased. Use this to protect yourself from depositing more than you intend.
Time Limit Tool
Decide in advance how long you will play in each session. When the set time is up, the platform will alert you. This simple step is highly effective at preventing excessive time spent playing.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break, temporarily close your account for a set period — 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. During self-exclusion you will not be able to log in to 7c77.
24/7 Support
Our Bangla-speaking support team is by your side at any time via live chat. If you are experiencing gambling-related problems or need advice, do not hesitate to get in touch.
Reality Check
At regular intervals, review a summary of your playing time and spending. This information helps you make informed decisions and encourages you to keep gambling under control.
Minor Protection
7c77 strictly prohibits anyone under 21 from opening an account. We prevent minors from accessing the platform through identity verification, and we encourage parents to use family protection software.
How Deposit Limits and Time-Outs Work
Daily Limit
Set the maximum amount you can deposit each day. The minimum deposit is ৳500 — but you are free to set your limit below that if you wish.
Weekly Limit
Set an upper limit on your total deposits within seven days. Once that limit is reached, no further deposits can be made until the week ends.
Monthly Limit
Keep control over your total budget across the month. This tool is the most effective for long-term financial protection.
Cooling-Off Period
If you need a temporary break, activate a cooling-off period from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time no bets or deposits will be possible.
Recognise the Warning Signs of a Problem
If any of the following signs appear in you, seek help without delay.
Assess Yourself
Ask yourself these questions once a month. If most of your answers are "yes", your responsible gaming habits are in good shape.
- I play only for entertainment, not with the expectation of earning income.
- I never bet more than I can afford to lose.
- I am able to stop playing within the time I set for myself.
- I do not feel the need to hide anything about my gambling from family or friends.
- I never chase my losses by placing larger bets.
- My daily life remains normal even without gambling.
